· Presentation Skills

The presentation skills course prepares the participant to make a high impact presentation, and includes:

A high level of role play is utilised. The content is aimed at the presentation as a tool in the tender process.

· Selling Skills

Selling skills can be applied very effectively as part of the tender process, and in this course some of the topics include:

Role play is also used during this course to hone the skills of the course participant.
